Oh great, another idiot trying to sell me stuff on the internet… I hear ya! But before I tell you why you can trust me, let me tell you a little about who I am and what I’m doing.

With over 15 years working in the photography industry, including weddings, events,  fashion, product and many other styles, this idiot is also a seasoned tech reviewer having supplied numerous reviews, both tech and none tech, for print and web outlets since the teddy days of 2017.

Since my biggest passion sits firmly within photography and camera gear, it makes sense that I write what I know most about. Not that I’m limiting myself, mind you. This site will, eventually, host everything that I take a shining too, from cameras and lenses to bath crayons and fancy lighting – anything is fair game. 

Now, why in the world would you trust an anonymous upstart like me? To be truthful, I can’t give you a good answer. We all know the deal on these websites, I’m here largely to make money because a fella has to eat. 

However, I still have a shred of integrity (and self-destructive behaviour…) so I can ensure you that I will only feature links to products that I either genuinely love or see huge value in. I won’t be passing off cheap tat for a quick buck. That’s not my bag at all. Also, I don’t select products based on whether I can make a commission. I base products on whether they’re good. That means that not all of my links are affiliate links and for some of them I won’t make a penny – I’m cool with that if you are.
